I have bought a property a few years ago with Betty and now am considering selling it, ummming and ahhhing all the time - through all this Betty has been extremely professional, while also being patient and understanding! I am in the process of purchasing a house through Betty Kay Realty. The process has been smooth sailing from start to finish. She arranged an inspection time as soon as I contacted her about the house and even arranged a second viewing on the same day so the builder could inspect it for me. Nothing has been too much trouble and waiting for acceptance of my offer only took a few hours. Any question I have about the property is checked with the owner and an answer relayed to me within a matter of hours. I looked at a few houses with a few real estate agents before this viewing and I hoped that the house I bought would be listed with Betty! An enjoyable experience now and early on in the looking process with another member of her staff. They are always friendly when I see them in the street and are always on hand to answer any genuine enquiries about properties. I would definitely list my property with Betty Kay if I was selling, and my mother has formed the same opinion.
